Follow these 3 posting keys for fundraising success
The Purpose
Letting everyone about your merchandise fundraiser and getting their support is priority one! Let them know why the team is raising funds & don’t forget to include the link so they know where to purchase.
The Photo
Always post or attach a picture of the shop, the catalog or one of the supplied images located on the promote link of your campaign.
Sharing Times
Not everyone will be able to support the exact moment you share. Posting at the beginning, middle and near the end is the best way to catch everyone at a good time.
WHERE TO SHARE
Facebook has more users than anyone, posting here will most likely get the most eyeballs on your campaign. Enlist the help of Parents/guardians and relatives for this one, it will certainly pay off.
Get the catalog or sharing image found on the campaign up on twitter and attach the link. Getting this up quick is key as twitter posts are among the most shared via re-tweets.
Texting
Texting Family and friends is the most personal of all these mediums. You will most likely generate the most supporters from a simple text.
Post your campaign in the feed or instagram story and follow the 3 keys above.
Tik Tok/Snapchat
While posting an image would suffice, a quick video will best engage supporters here. Have fun with it and touch on what it’s for and how they can help.
Similar to texting but you can easily add more users, share the link and reach a more distant supporter like extended family, teachers or those you are not as personal with but might support you and the team just the same.

DO THESE:
Share your fundraising link with all your phone contacts
Let your friends and family know what incentive prize you are shooting for
Remind all of your contacts, friends, family, and social media fans 2-3 times through the fundraiser
Always have your marketing catalog with the QR code with you at all times if possible
DO NOT DO THESE:
Wait until the last minute to share your fundraising link
Assume people will remember to purchase and show their support
Only share with your close friends or a handful of family members
Let people know they can order after the campaign has closed (there wont be another chance)
